Attorney Alliance is promising corporate law chamber in Bangladesh advised and directed by Dr. Bashir Ahmed. Dr. Bashir Ahmed has more than 35 years experience in the field of corporate and commercial litigation and in international commercial arbitration.

His field of interest is writ matters arising out of administrative, tax, VAT and customs area, labour law and other general issues of fundamental rights of citizens.

Dr. Bashir, former Secretary of the Supreme Court Bar, also has considerable experience in company and admiralty jurisdiction as well. In addition to the corporate and commercial areas, he also handled many important civil and criminal cases involving interpretation of law.

Dr. Bashir obtained his LL.B. (Hons.) and Post Graduation Degree from University of Dhaka. He obtained his PhD from USA. As a promising lawyer in the highest judiciary, Dr. Bashir has been concentrating on various branches of law. He also wrote a book for bank lawyers titled “Bankers’ Legal Guidance”.
