Attorney Alliance is a promising corporate law chamber in Bangladesh headed by Mr. Raihan Kawsar, a practising lawyer at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Mr. Raihan Kawsar has more than 7 years of experience in the field of corporate and commercial litigation and in international commercial arbitration.

His field of interest is writ matters arising out of administrative, tax, VAT and customs area, labour law and other general issues of fundamental rights of citizens.

Mr. Kawsar also has considerable experience in company and admiralty jurisdiction as well. In addition to the corporate and commercial areas, he also handled many important civil and criminal cases involving interpretation of law.

Mr. Raihan Kawsar obtained his LL.B. (Hons.) LL.M. degree from University of Dhaka. As a promising lawyer in the highest judiciary, Mr. Kawsar has been concentrating on various branches of law. He also wrote a book for bank lawyers titled “Bankers’ Legal Guidance”.
